Instruction on how to get started:
1. Accessing the Curriculum
To see or resume to the full curriculum, you will need to be logged into the Cutover platform and access it via the Runbook. To see how to set up, follow the instructions below!
*Go to the ? and "Help" section at the bottom left if you want to access this instruction page again, scroll down to the bottom of the page, you should see the "Cutover Certification Program"
*Depending on what course you are enrolled in, you should see either Essentials, Foundation Level or Advanced Level .
2. Setting up a certification runbook
At Cutover, we think the best way to enable self-paced learning is to integrate the product and learning program into one complimentary process. So setting up a runbook to track and visualize your progress using Cutover is key to support that.
Follow the below steps to set up your course runbook and start your learning!
You should now have access to the "Cutover Certification Program" workspace,
Once you are in the workspace, go to the "Template" section underneath the workspace title:
Find the template named "Cutover Essentials" and Click the "Create" button on the right of the template
Once you clicked the "Create" button, you will see a pop-up to set up the runbook:
For the title, add your name to the end of the title " Cutover Essentials Course - Your Name"
The select the "Choose a destination folder...", chose the "Courses" subfolder under the "00. Cutover Essentials".
Then click next.
You should be able to see the runbook and the curriculum listed as tasks!
Now, to start your learning, go to the top right hand side of your runbook and press the start button to start.
Once you have clicked on the start button, you will see a pop-up appear.
Select the "Live" option, communication setting "Off" and "Disable task start notifications"
Then Press "Start Live Run" to begin.
You should see the first task is available, click on the play icon to start and finish the enrollment and start the curriculum!
Once you have started the runbook, each tasks will come with an instruction and links to the topic resources, be sure to complete each tasks as you are going through the curriculum!
