Designed for anyone to gain a deeper understanding of the Cutover platform and features, build and look at ways to improve the runbooks for your organization, not expected to support and train other users.

Initial certification can be completed in approximately ~6 hours, (this is an estimation and does not taken the additional practice time to revisit sessions)

In this guide you will find all the resources you need to become certified in the Cutover platform. It consists of multiple sections which cover all the topics and exercises that you need to complete.

Each session begins with a general overview, followed by the session objectives you need to meet.

At the end of each session there is an opportunity to review what you have learned in the session recap.

To see or resume to the full curriculum, you will need to be logged into the Cutover platform and access it via the help button "?"

Go to the "Help" section at the bottom right of the pop-up, scroll down to the bottom of the page, you should see the "Cutover Certification Program"

*Depending on what course you are enrolled in, you should see either Foundation Level or Advanced Level .

At Cutover, we think the best way to enable self-paced learning is to integrate the product and learning program into one complimentary process. So setting up a runbook to track and visualize your progress using Cutover is key to support that.

Follow the below steps to set up your certification runbook and start your learning!

You should now have access to the "Cutover Certification Program" workspace,

Once you are in the workspace, go to the "Template" section underneath the workspace title:

Find the template named "Cutover Certification: Foundation" and Click the "Create" button on the right of the template

Once you clicked the "Create" button, you will see a pop-up to set up the runbook:

Then select "Choose Start Date" option and put in today's date and time now. Leave the scheduled end blank, then click "+ Create" to finish the set up.

You should be able to see the runbook and the curriculum listed as tasks!

Now, to start your learning, go to the top right hand side of your runbook and press the start button to start.

Once you have clicked on the start button, you will see a pop-up appear.

Select the "Live" option, communication setting "Off" and "Rebaseline the start of the runbook to current time"

Then Press "Start Run" to begin.

You should see the first task is available, click on the play icon to start and finish the enrollment and start the curriculum!
