You can download an audit log of Integrations Settings changes. This can be the first place to look when an integration has an issue. The audit log will show:

  • All events which create, update or archive integration settings and integrations actions.

  • You can see who made the change and when the change was made.

  • What was changed

Our Integrations Auditing feature is available to Integration Admin users.

Download the Audit log

To download the audit log, navigate to Settings and then choose Integrations.

Click on the three dots menu on the top right.

Click Download Audit Log (csv).

Understanding the CSV

File naming

The integrations Audit log will download to a user's file system with the name IntegrationsAuditLog.csv.

CSV content

The CSV file will contain the following details:

Date (UTC) - The date the event occurred

Time (UTC) - The time the event occurred

Action undertaken by - The name and email of the person undertaking the change

Note: If a user modifies their first/last name, previous audit events will be updated to show this change as the system utilizes the User ID to identify the user.

Action type - Whether the action was 'Created', 'Updated' or 'Archived'

Object - The Integration setting ID and Integrations Action ID (if applicable)

Values - What has been Created (added), Updated (changed), or Archived. For 'Updated' changes, where appropriate, we will display the before and after information of the changes.
